Return Policy

At Handmademasterpieces, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only. We regret that we cannot offer store credits for returns at this moment. We value your patronage and thank you for your understanding.

Please remember that our return/refund policy lasts for 30 days only. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate a return or refund request.

Please note that by placing an order, you accept the terms specified below:

As our products are customized, we do not offer returns or full refunds unless an item you received is significantly different from the description or preview shown; is damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier; or is not the item you ordered.

For any other circumstances not mentioned above, we offer only partial refunds (excluding shipping fee and taxes).

Note:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on products purchased during sales or promotions.
  • We do not accept returns due to personal reasons.
  • We generally do not accept refunds or returns due to customer errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc., or failure to carefully preview the design. Therefore, we strongly advise reviewing your order carefully before checking out to ensure its correctness.
  • Please allow for a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item received in terms of color, due to variations in lighting during photoshoots or differences in monitor displays.

To file a claim, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video/photo of the defective product
  • Full delivery address

Our support team will review your claim, and if your item is eligible, we will resend the product at no extra cost to you. In the rare instance where sending a replacement is not feasible, we will refund the full cost of the eligible product, including shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 days (Note: Refunds do not include shipping and taxes).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, and finally your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Delivery times for replaced items may vary depending on your location.

In the unusual circumstance that sending a replacement is not practical, we will refund the full cost of the eligible product, including shipping costs.
